MARKET UPDATE As at end of May 2023
As at end of April 2023
Observations from May
During May the Australian market experienced a decline due to various factors, including concerns over the US debt ceiling and the continued Reserve Bank approach to monetary policy.
The ASX 200 decline was minimised by the global tech push with the Nasdaq up some 5.8%.
